Terms

These terms are between you (the business using Staffi) and BeAppi Ltd. Using Staffi means accepting them. Staffi is sold to businesses, not consumers.

An account for your venue, rota building from your own sales data, shift cover when someone calls in, labour costing, weather advisories, and accounts for your team. Features change as the product develops; we will not remove something you rely on without telling you.

£39 per venue per month, excluding VAT, with unlimited staff. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for.

• Keep your login secure, and remove people who leave your business.
• Have a lawful basis for the staff data you enter, and tell your team their data is in Staffi.
• Check the rota before you publish it. Staffi proposes; you are the employer.
• Don't resell Staffi or attempt to break its access controls.

This is the important one. Staffi's forecasts, cover recommendations, weather advisories, labour costings and compliance figures are informational. They are calculated from the data you give us and from published rates, and they are there to help you decide — not to decide for you.

Staffi is not a substitute for employment law advice, payroll advice, or an accountant. In particular: we tell you where you stand against National Minimum Wage and the Employment Rights Act 2025 duties as we understand them. We do not certify that you are compliant, and we never change or cancel a shift on your behalf — a cancellation is an employer decision with employer consequences.

We aim to keep Staffi up and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this price. Keep your own record of published rotas if your operation depends on it.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits: we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, wasted staff cost, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Your data stays yours. We process staff data on your instructions as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or ask us to delete it. If you close your account we keep the append-only shift-change trail for six years, because employment records need to outlive the subscription.

You can cancel whenever you like. We can suspend or end an account that isn't paid for, or that is being used to break these terms or the law — with notice, except where the misuse is serious enough that notice isn't reasonable.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
